Signs are not business cards. They are large, rigid, and require specialized packaging. We have built our shipping process around the unique demands of sign products — from 18x24-inch custom signs to 4x8-foot banners. Every sign ships flat, protected, and tracked.
Free ground shipping is available on qualifying orders within the continental United States. Oversized signs that exceed standard parcel dimensions ship via freight carrier with appropriate handling. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product dimensions, quantity, and destination.
Production Timeline for Custom Signs
Custom sign production requires substrate cutting, digital printing, lamination or coating (where applicable), and hardware preparation. Standard production for most sign products is 5 to 7 business days. Large-format signs, banners, and orders requiring custom hardware may take 7 to 10 business days.
Rush production is available for most sign products, compressing the timeline to 3 to 4 business days. Shipping transit time is additional. Production begins after you approve your digital proof.
For multi-location businesses ordering sign packages, we recommend allowing 2 weeks from proof approval to account for production volume and shipping coordination.
Oversized and Freight Shipping
Standard parcel carriers handle most sign products — post signs, A-frame inserts, car magnets, and smaller banners ship via ground in reinforced flat packaging. Larger signs and banner orders that exceed parcel size limits ship via freight carrier.
Freight shipments are palletized, stretch-wrapped, and corner-protected. Delivery may require a signature and someone available to receive the shipment. Freight rates are calculated at checkout based on dimensions and destination.

Local Pickup
Businesses in the Chicago metropolitan area can pick up sign orders directly. Our primary pickup point is in Schaumburg, IL, with extended operating hours. Two additional Chicago pickup points are available on Cottage Grove Avenue and Western Avenue.
Pickup is particularly practical for large sign orders. You avoid oversized shipping surcharges, inspect the products on-site, and transport them on your schedule. Many of our real estate and contractor clients in the metro area use pickup as their standard method.
Packaging for Sign Products
Corrugated plastic signs ship in reinforced flat mailers or rigid boxes, stacked face-to-face with protective interleaves. Aluminum signs are individually wrapped and boxed. Banners are rolled on cores and shipped in tubes. Car magnets ship flat with tissue separators.
Hardware — stakes, H-frames, grommets, and mounting kits — ships with the signs in the same package when possible. For orders with separate hardware bundles, both packages are tracked together.
All packaging is included in the order price. No surcharges for oversized protection or special handling materials.
Delivery Coverage and Tracking
We ship to all 50 US states. Freight shipping reaches commercial addresses nationwide. Residential delivery is available for standard parcel shipments.
Every order receives a tracking number upon carrier pickup, delivered by email and visible in your account. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Track status anytime through your account dashboard or directly on the carrier's website.
