Information We Collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name (if applicable), and billing and shipping addresses. Payment information is processed by our secure payment provider — we do not store card numbers.
We collect the design files you upload for sign production. For businesses ordering branded signage, these files may contain logos, trade dress, and proprietary brand elements. We treat all uploaded assets as confidential. We also collect order history and product specifications for account management purposes.
Technical data collected through cookies includes IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and session duration.
How We Use Your Information
To produce and deliver your custom signs. Design files are used solely for order production. Contact information supports proof approvals, order confirmations, shipping coordination, and freight delivery scheduling.

Files are retained for 90 days after order completion to facilitate reorders. After 90 days, files are purged automatically. Request earlier deletion by contacting support with your order number.
