Every sign order undergoes quality verification: print accuracy, color consistency, substrate condition, cut precision, and hardware fit. If a sign leaves our production with a defect, we stand behind it with a reprint or refund. No exceptions for order size, sign type, or material.
What Is Covered
Our guarantee covers print quality defects — color banding, streaking, smearing, misalignment, or pixelation caused by our production process. It covers substrate errors — wrong material used, incorrect thickness, or structural defects in the corrugated plastic, aluminum, or PVC board. It covers finishing errors — wrong lamination, incorrect hole placement, miscut edges.
Hardware errors are covered: wrong stake type, missing grommets, incorrect mounting hardware. Quantity shortages are covered. Shipping damage — bent substrates, cracked panels, crushed packaging — is covered. Color deviation from your approved proof beyond standard large-format printing tolerances is covered.
What Is Not Covered
Custom signs are produced to your approved specifications. Errors in your artwork — incorrect phone numbers, misspelled business names, wrong addresses, outdated information — are not production defects and are not eligible for free reprints.
Color variation between your monitor and the printed sign is expected. Large-format digital printing uses a different color gamut than monitors, and substrate color can affect final appearance. We provide accurate proofs, but exact screen matching is not possible. Orders older than 30 days from delivery and change-of-mind requests after production begins are not covered.
Normal weathering and wear of outdoor signs exposed to elements is not a defect. Our materials are rated for outdoor durability, but sun exposure, extreme weather, and physical impact will eventually affect any sign product.
How to Report an Issue
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. For sign defects, photograph the issue in good lighting with close-up and full-sign views.
Our team reviews sign claims within 1 to 2 business days. For shipping damage, report within 48 hours and retain the original packaging and all hardware. Freight shipments should be inspected at time of delivery — note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
Resolution for Business Clients
Approved claims are resolved according to your preference and timeline. Reprints receive priority production with free shipping on the replacement. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Store credit is available immediately.
For multi-location orders where only some signs are affected, we reprint the specific quantities needed rather than the entire order. For time-sensitive projects — real estate listings, event signage, campaign deadlines — we prioritize the reprint to meet your schedule.
Proof Approval for Sign Products
Your digital proof shows the sign layout at scale with trim marks and bleed. For signs with hardware (stakes, grommets, stands), the proof indicates hardware placement. Approve only when everything is verified.
Large-format sign files often have different resolution requirements than standard print. We review files for technical compatibility — resolution at print size, color mode, bleed — and contact you before production if adjustments are needed. Content accuracy remains your responsibility.
