1. Agreement

By using Sign Printing USA or placing a sign order, you agree to these terms. This service is operated by Black Asterisk LLC, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. These terms apply to all customers, including business accounts, individual buyers, and website visitors.

2. Services

Sign Printing USA provides custom sign printing services including custom signs, banners, car magnets, A-frame signs, directional signs, and related signage products. All products are manufactured to order based on your specifications and approved artwork.

We reserve the right to decline orders containing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in US dollars and vary based on substrate material, sign dimensions, quantity, and finishing options. Pricing is displayed on product pages with all variables selectable. Payment is required at order placement via credit or debit card.

Custom quote orders are priced separately and valid for 30 days from the quote date. Confirmed orders are honored at the accepted price. Shipping and freight charges are additional, calculated at checkout. Tax is applied where required.

4. Sign Artwork Requirements

Artwork must be submitted in PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, or high-resolution JPG/PNG format. Resolution requirements vary by sign size — for signs viewed at distance, 150 DPI at print size is acceptable; for close-viewing signs, 300 DPI is recommended. Color mode: CMYK. Bleed: 0.125 inches minimum.

We review all sign artwork for technical compatibility — resolution at output size, color mode, bleed, and cut path accuracy. Content accuracy (business names, phone numbers, addresses) is your responsibility. Full specifications on our File Guidelines page.

5. Proof Approval

Digital proofs are provided showing the sign layout at scale with trim lines, bleed areas, and hardware placement indicators. Approving the proof authorizes production. You accept responsibility for content accuracy upon approval.

Color displayed on screen is an approximation. Substrate material and printing technology affect final appearance. We calibrate for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact screen-to-substrate color matching. Production begins immediately after approval.

6. Production and Delivery

Standard sign production is 5 to 7 business days for most products. Large-format signs and custom hardware orders may require 7 to 10 business days. Rush production is available for select products. Shipping is additional.

We ship nationwide via parcel and freight carriers depending on product size. Local pickup is available in the Chicago area. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or delivery issues beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers at carrier pickup.

7. Returns and Quality

Custom signs cannot be returned for change of mind. Our quality guarantee covers production defects, material errors, and finish issues. Report within 7 days of delivery with photographs. Complete details on our Returns page.

8. Intellectual Property and Ownership Warranty

By uploading any file, image, design, logo, text, or other material, you represent and warrant that you own it OR have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to print and reproduce it as part of your order. This warranty applies to every element of every sign — logos, photographs, fonts, slogans, trade dress, and any third-party content. Your sign artwork remains your property; we use it solely for order fulfillment.

9. Right to Refuse Production

Sign Printing USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to produce, hold, or cancel any order if the uploaded material appears to infringe a third party's rights, violates applicable law, or contains content we deem unacceptable. No explanation is required. Declined orders receive a full refund.

10. No Obligation to Pre-Screen or Verify

Sign Printing USA does not pre-screen uploaded materials and has no obligation to verify ownership, licensing, or third-party authorization before producing your order. The customer is solely responsible for the legality of the materials they upload.

11. Copyright Takedown Procedure

If you believe material produced by Sign Printing USA infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@signprintingusa.com that includes: (i) your contact information; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work; (iii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and the relevant order number; (iv) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder; and (v) your physical or electronic signature. We investigate promptly and act in good faith.

12. Counter-Notice

If your order was refused or canceled and you believe this was an error, you may submit a written counter-notice to support@signprintingusa.com with documentation of your rights — for example, a copyright registration, a written license, or a signed release. We review counter-notices in good faith and resume production where the documentation supports the customer's rights.

13. Liability

Our liability is limited to the order amount. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost business, campaign disruptions, missed property listings, or costs of obtaining substitute products.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Black Asterisk LLC, its officers, employees, vendors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your uploaded materials; (b) any claim that your materials infringe a third party's intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights; or (c) your violation of these Terms.

15. Modifications

We may update these terms. Revisions are posted here with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming state or federal courts.
