If you find the same commercial sign product at a lower price from a comparable online sign printing company, submit the details and we will meet or beat their price. Your procurement process should result in the best value — and our guarantee ensures it does.
Submission Process
Identify a lower price for the same sign product from another online sign printer. Submit the competitor's website link or formal written quote through our contact form, along with the complete product specifications: sign type, substrate material, size, quantity, printing (single or double-sided), finishing (grommets, pole pockets, lamination, stakes, mounting hardware), and turnaround time.
Our estimating team reviews the submission, verifies the competitor's specifications against yours, and responds within one business day. For multi-sign orders or programs with multiple SKUs, we compare on a line-item basis to ensure an accurate assessment.
Approved price matches are applied to your order and valid for 30 days from the date of approval. This allows sufficient time for your procurement process without requiring you to place the order immediately.
Qualification Standards
Our guarantee applies to identical sign products from legitimate online sign printing companies with publicly listed pricing or formal written quotes. The competing offer must match on all specifications: same substrate (corrugated plastic, aluminum composite, PVC, vinyl banner, or foam board), same thickness, same size, same quantity, same printing sides, same finishing, and same or comparable turnaround time.
Substrate specification must be exact. A 4mm corrugated plastic sign is not comparable to a 3mm sign. A 3mm aluminum composite panel is not comparable to a .040 aluminum sheet. Vinyl banner weight (13oz vs 15oz) and hem/grommet specifications must match. The comparison is between identical products — not similar products.
What is not covered: promotional codes or volume discounts from competitor loyalty programs, clearance or discontinued inventory, pricing from local sign shops without online ordering capability, rush surcharges priced differently than our own, and quotes for different substrates or specifications.
Our standard pricing reflects genuine cost efficiencies from our production volume. This guarantee is a commitment to maintaining that competitive position — not a marketing device. We expect to win the comparison in the majority of cases because our margins are already optimized for volume.
